Samsung Ready to Launch Mobile-Based Smart Tizen OS in Q3 2013

In the world of mobile devices, Samsung is known as the giant Android. But this does not make them to innovate with other platforms. One is that an operating system Tizen development outcomes Samsung and Intel.

The Samsung also said it would introduce a smart phone that uses the OS Tizen this year, precisely in the third quarter of 2013. Co-CEO of Samsung, JK Shin revealed the plan in an interview session with the Wall Street Journal.

Currently, more Shin, Samsung is trying to incorporate the Bada platform with Tizen. For those of you who do not know the Bada operating system, the OS is an operating system developed by Samsung itself. Some Bada phone has also been released to the public, among them the Samsung Wave.

Interestingly, Samsung is not the only manufacturer that would bring Tizen-based smart phones. Fujitsu and NEC also said to be preparing to join the mobile launch Tizen.
