Toshiba Introduces Sensor 13 MP Camera

Japanese electronics company, Toshiba, has just released a new product aimed at mobile devices. The latest product is a module named TCM9930MD camera with 13MP sensor that offers the ultimate size of 4.7 millimeters thin.

This camera was aimed at smartphones and tablet manufacturers who want his product has a super slim size. Not only the size of a thin, camera modules from Toshiba is also able to present a good image quality. However, do not compare it with the camera module on Nokia PureView 808.

Toshiba uses four plastic lenses and signal processing circuitry to make this camera module has a very thin size. The circuit is also said to be capable of improving the performance of the lens.

However, this camera will not be marketed in the near future. Toshiba itself is scheduled to begin sending samples from this camera in May. And, for the mass production itself will be conducted in December.
