Texas Instruments Develops Chip

Texas Instument already announced that they are no longer working in the industry of mobile processors. But that does not mean they completely abandon the mobile world. And recently Texas Instruments also announced that it is developing a new technology for mobile devices.

The new technology is a chip that can speed up the process of charging the battery. Series BQ2419x chip is also not only be used on a smartphone or tablet. Even mobile devices can use, including mobile health devices.

Later, these chips will be integrated in the battery that uses lithium-ion batteries. This is certainly a very good news, considering the use of Li-ion batteries are now increasing.

Texas Instrument's proprietary technology also meet the standard specifications set by Energy Star and the European Union. In fact the system is also designed to remain in conditions that are not too hot and has an efficiency of up to 92 percent.
