IBook Applications Downloaded 130 Million Times

Available on iOS and desktop computer via iTunes, Apple iBookstore now available in 155 countries, including Japan. In a recent announcement, Cupertino-based company also announced the achievement of downloads for the application of the digital store.

"iBookstore is available in 51 countries and give hundreds of categories including cookbooks, history books, biographies, picture books and children's books with free books that are available in 155 countries. iBooks application for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch has been downloaded 130 million times globally, "said Apple through his statement.

Through version 3.1 update, iBooks is now providing increased for Asian-language books, including Japan. iBook is compatible with iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad and iDevice running on the operating system iOS5.0 or later.
