Smart phones based on Windows Phone has now started to take its place among the kosumennya. At least it is based on a recent statement from Microsoft's VP of Corporate Communications, Frank Shaw.
"Windows Phone has reached 10 percent market share judging from the number of states, and according to a recent report from IDC, (Microsoft) has shipped more than BlackBerry in 26 markets and more than the iPhone in seven (state)," said Shaw.
Unfortunately, Shaw did not mention in detail the countries where Windows Phone mobile phone shipments more than the iPhone. Are these countries constitute a large market or markets in developing countries.
For Microsoft's Windows Phone OS as the owner, own 10 percent is included is pretty good. Especially considering the age of the new Windows Phone for the rest of corn.
Update: According to a report from The New York Times, countries where Windows Phone is superior to the iPhone include Argentina, India, Poland, Russia, South Africa and Ukraine. There are also a segment called the most central and eastern Europe.
