Claimed Smartphone is World's Fastest

On the sidelines of the exhibition Mobile World Congress (MWC), which lasts until February 28, 2013 at Bercelona, Huawei will be introducing the fastest smartphone in the world. In fact, this product is called a faster than all existing phones.

China-based company claims its newest product, Huawei Ascend P2, can deliver data rates up to 150 Mbps. In other words, this smart phone can download HD quality movies two-hour in less than five minutes.

"With the Huawei Ascend P2, you can also open a Web page, the song, and the e-book in a matter of seconds," said Huawei, via press release, shortly before the launch of Ascend P2 at MWC, reported the South China Morning Post, Tuesday, February 26 , 2013.

Huawei also said, Ascend P2 can exceed speeds of 100 Mbps on fourth generation LTE data network, beyond the speed of the iPhone 5 and Samsung Galaxy S3.

It has a HD screen measuring 4.7 inches, and a quad-core processor 1.5 GHz, says Huawei Ascend P2 able to run on all LTE networks worldwide.

For imaging needs, relying Ascend P2 13 MP camera that can produce a maximum image resolution of 4128x3096 pixels, equipped with autofocus and LED flash.

Reportedly, Huawei Ascend P2 will be launched officially in France in June 2013, and is expected to be available globally around the end of the second quarter of this year.
